Mining avtivity causing fault activation conducting confined water inrush is the main threat in deep mining.The engineering practice shows that fault activation conducting water inrush delayed obviously,which makes it difficult to prevention and prediction to confined water inrush.At present,researching to mechanism and feature of fault activation conducting confined water inrush,especially water inrush delayed,is not sufficient,and guide engineering practice not well.The paper based on analyzing mechanical effect of fault activation by mining,using theoretical analysis,laboratory experiment and numerical calculation to analyze characteristics of fault activation,evolution law of confined water inrush delayed,activation of associated fault,evaluating risk of confined water inrush systemly.Main research contents and innovations are as follows.Based on analyzing mechanical effect of fault activation,analyze form,characteristics and mechanism of confined water inrush,research the necessary conditions conducting fault activation and confined water inrush.Finally,analyze the influencing factors and function law or fault activation.Designed experimental facility to fault activation and confined water rising,analyze it’s composition and working principle.Research the whole process and law of fault activation conducting confined water rising.Analyze evolution law of stress and displacement field,spatial structure characteristics of overlying strata.Finally,analyze influencing factor of confined water rising and internal correlation.Analyze mechanism and time effect of fault activation conducting water inrush delayed from micro-crack extension,study the function of strata movement and long-term creep to fault activation delayed.Developed materials of solid-liquid coupling,analyze physical,mechanical property and suitability.Designing experiments of confined water inrush delayed by(associated)fault activation,analyze mechanism and evolution,floor failure.Especially,analyze the key reasons conducting water inrush delayed,and the interaction mechanism between fault and associated fault.Establish numerical calculation models of fault activation with different geological conditions.Analyze features and evolution law of multi-field by fault activation,and evolvement features of plastic zone.Focused research the water inrush delayed with mining more than one working-face.Study above features and evolution law of associated fault activation.Finally,analyze the difference comparatively.Establish evaluation method and system of fault activation conducting water inrush by unascertained and entropy weight theory,based on analyzing influencing factors,also defined grading standard,the criteria for confidence and evaluation process.Finally,verify the accuracy and reliability of evaluation method by engineering project.Based on the geological conditions of F13 fault engineering in Wugou coal mine,judge the risk of fault activation conducting water inrush;analyze the basis of designing waterproof coal pillar.Designed reasonable width of coal pillar and realized mining safety.
