Paper or cardboard is a kind of abundant,recyclable and environment-friendly cellulose-based material.It has been used to replace some non-degradable petroleum-based materials in the applications of food packaging,mechanical equipment,medical treatment and architectural decoration.Among the many properties of paper,in addition to mechanical properties such as tensile or tear strength,other parameters such as hydrophobicity,oleophobicity,water vapor transition rate and porosity which also have important impact on the printing performance,filtering efficiency,delaying the water and flavor loss for fruits,vegetables and food.At present,for some non-mechanical paper parameters(such as hydrophobicity and oleophobicity)and the quality parameters of paper accessories,the traditional standard methods have some shortcomings,such as edious testing process,time-consuming,large error and so on.Therefore,in order to produce high-quality paper and reduce production costs,this paper develops a series of fast and accurate detection methods aiming at solving those backwardness of traditional detection methods.In addition,the differences between domestic and foreign high-grade cigarette paper are systematically analyzed,and a new quality evaluation system of cigarette paper has been constructed.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.A semi-quantitative method for rapid and non-destructive determination of K and Na in cigarette paper by X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS)was established.EDS has the advantages of fast and non-destructive testing,which can effectively improve the experimental efficiency of determining K and Na additives in cigarette paper.Then a new method for rapid detection of calcium carbonate content in paper was established by headspace gas chromatography by phase transformation-pressure effect.This method not only has high accuracy and accuracy,but also can effectively avoid the interference of other metal elements in the sample,greatly reduce the cumbersome pretreatment steps,and improve the efficiency of the experiment.In industrial application,this method can also realize rapid batch detection of calcium carbonate content in paper.2.A method for quantitative determination of surface hydrophobicity of food paper-based packaging materials by headspace gas chromatography was developed.Compared with the reference method,this method has a wider application range.Then,based on the same principle as the former,a method for quantitative determination of oleophobic degree of food paper was established.This method is accurate which can not only effectively avoid the interference of the background color of paper,but also realize the accurate quantitative analysis of the degree of oleophobic of paper-based materials.Finally,a new method for simultaneous quantitative determination of the degree of hydrophobicity and oleophobicity of solid materials by headspace gas chromatography with double tracers is established.This method not only has high detection efficiency,but also the data obtained can more intuitively reflect the degree of hydrophobicity or oleophobicity on the surface of the material.3.A new method for the determination of water vapor transition rate of paper-based materials by multiple extraction headspace gas chromatography was developed.Compared with the traditional cup method,this method not only improves the detection efficiency,but also can be used to determine the moisture permeability of paper at different temperatures,which is of great significance for the research and practical application of new materials.Secondly,a method for accurate determination of paper porosity by headspace gas chromatography with tracer is established.Compared with the reference method,this method has better accuracy.4.The differences between the imported high-quality and domestic high-grade cigarette paper in raw material types,proportion and fiber morphology parameters were systematically analyzed by monofactor method.The results showed that the average fiber width of domestic cigarette paper was lower than that of imported high-grade cigarette paper.The differences of surface morphology,element types and content of domestic and foreign cigarette paper were analyzed by SEM-EDS.It was found that the dispersibility,homogeneity and interweaving degree of fillers of imported high-quality cigarette paper were better than those of domestic high-quality cigarette paper.The K/Na ratio of imported high-quality cigarette paper was lower than that of domestic cigarette paper.A model for evaluating the difference and similarity of various kinds of paper was established by using multivariate analysis technology.The model can not only be used to quantitatively analyze the quality similarity degree between domestic and imported high-quality cigarette paper,but also identify the quality stability of purchased cigarette paper and quantitatively control the quality of purchased cigarette paper.5.A new method for rapid quantitative analysis of acidity of rosin was established by phase inversion headspace gas chromatography,which has high accuracy and accuracy.Compared with the traditional acid-base titration method,this method can effectively avoid the interference of sample matrix color and reduce the error of judging the end point of titration in the experiment.A new method for accurate determination of the softening point of rosin was established by using automatic temperature programmed technology,multiple extraction technology and in-situ tracer technology.Compared with the traditional global method,this method is simple,precious and can be full automatic operated with little interference.A method for measuring starch gelatinization temperature is established by using automatic temperature programmed technology and tracer-assited technology.Compared with the two standard injection methods,it is found that the present method has high sensitivity,reproducibility,reliability and scope of application.
